Term & Condition

Booking Policy

  • 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
  • Balance payment must be completed before the start of the tour.
  • All bookings are subject to availability.

Hotel Policy

  • Standard check-in time: 02:00 PM
  • Standard check-out time: 11:00 AM
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.

Transportation

  • Private vehicle will be provided as per the itinerary only.
  • Vehicle service timing is generally from 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM.
  • AC may be switched off while driving in hilly regions as per local regulations.

Permits

  • Tsomgo Lake permits require valid government-issued photo ID.
  • Nathula Pass permits are subject to weather, government approval, and availability.

Sightseeing

  • Sightseeing may change due to weather conditions, road closures, landslides, or government restrictions.
  • Unused sightseeing or services are non-refundable.

Payment & Cancellation

  • Cancellation charges apply as per the booking and hotel policies.
  • No refund for unused hotel nights, sightseeing, meals, or transport services.

Travel Advisory

  • Carry original government-issued photo identification throughout the trip.
  • Guests are advised to carry warm clothing, comfortable shoes, sunscreen, sunglasses, rain protection, and personal medicines.

  • The Travel Stations acts only as a tour organizer and is not responsible for delays, natural calamities, road blockages, flight/train cancellations, political disturbances, or any circumstances beyond its control.

  • Rates are subject to change during festivals, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, and peak travel seasons.
  • The final itinerary may vary depending on weather conditions and operational requirements while ensuring the best possible travel experience.
