Day 11 Darjeeling to Bagdogra/NJP Departure
Enjoy your final morning breakfast looking out over the tea valleys before checking out of your resort. Your private vehicle from The Travel Stations will pick you up and provide a convenient transfer back to Bagdogra Airport or NJP station for your departure home, bringing your mega tour to a close.

Term & Condition
Booking Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Full payment must be completed before the tour departure.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
Hotel Policy
- Standard hotel check-in time is 02:00 PM.
- Standard hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.
Transportation
- Private vehicle will be provided strictly as per the confirmed itinerary.
- Air conditioning will not operate in hill areas as per local transport regulations.
- Vehicle usage is point-to-point and not on disposal basis.
North Sikkim & Permit Policy
- Valid government-issued photo ID and passport-size photographs are mandatory for permit processing.
- Visits to Gurudongmar Lake, Yumthang Valley, and Tsomgo Lake are subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, and government permissions.
- In case of landslides, snowfall, road closures, or administrative restrictions, alternative sightseeing may be provided wherever possible without refund.
Sightseeing
- Sightseeing schedules may change due to weather, traffic conditions, natural calamities, or government advisories.
- Some attractions may remain closed on public holidays or maintenance days.
- No refund will be provided for any missed sightseeing due to circumstances beyond our control.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport, and supplier policies.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, meals, transportation, or sightseeing.
Travel Guidelines
- Carry original government-issued photo identification throughout the journey.
- Guests are advised to carry heavy woollen clothing, gloves, jackets, comfortable walking shoes, sunglasses, sunscreen, rain protection, and personal medicines.
- High-altitude destinations like Gurudongmar Lake may not be suitable for elderly travelers, pregnant women, infants, or guests with heart or respiratory conditions.
Liability
- The Travel Stations acts solely as a tour organizer and shall not be held responsible for delays, route changes, landslides, weather conditions, flight/train cancellations, political disturbances, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond its control.
Important Note
- Package prices are subject to change during festivals, long weekends, Christmas, New Year, and peak travel seasons.
- The itinerary may be modified due to operational requirements while ensuring guest safety and the best possible travel experience.
