    DAY

    Day 1 Bagdogra/NJP to Darjeeling Tea Hills

    Your classic introduction to Northeast India begins as you land and meet your driver from The Travel Stations. Escape the plains as you ascend into the misty hills of Darjeeling. The drive features steep mountain curves and early views of hillside tea plantations. Check into your cozy hotel, unwind, and enjoy a warm cup of authentic local tea as the evening mist rolls over the town

    Day 2 Tiger Hill Sunrise to Gangtok Capital Transfer

    Experience the legendary Tiger Hill sunrise over Mount Kanchenjunga at dawn, arranged by The Travel Stations. Visit Batasia Loop and Ghoom Monastery before returning to your hotel for breakfast. Check out and embark on a scenic 4-hour drive down through tea valleys and up along the Teesta River to cross into Sikkim, reaching Gangtok by evening. Spend your night relaxing or walking along the clean streets of MG Marg.

    Day 3 High-Altitude Tsomgo Lake Excursion

    A thrilling day of adventure awaits you. The Travel Stations will arrange your special inner line permits for an excursion to the holy Tsomgo Lake (Changu Lake), situated at a breathtaking altitude of 12,400 feet. The oval-shaped lake remains frozen during winter and reflects the surrounding snow-capped peaks in spring. If permits and weather permit, continue further up to Baba Mandir, a sacred shrine built in honor of a legendary Indian army soldier, before returning to Gangtok for the night.

    Day 4 Gangtok Sightseeing and Departure

    Enjoy your final morning breakfast in the capital. Check out and visit the stunning Flower Exhibition Centre and the ancient Enchey Monastery with The Travel Stations before descending the hills back to Bagdogra Airport or NJP railway station for your onward flight or train.

    • Darjeeling Toy Train tickets.
    • Ropeway tickets.
    • Yak ride charges at Tsomgo Lake.
    • Personal expenses such as shopping, laundry, beverages, telephone bills, etc.
    • Camera & video charges wherever applicable.
    • Porterage and driver tips.
    • Early check-in & late check-out charges.
    • Expenses arising due to weather conditions, landslides, roadblocks, flight/train delays, political disturbances, or any unforeseen circumstances.
    • Anything not specifically mentioned under Package Inclusions.

Term & Condition

Booking & Payment

  • A booking amount is required to confirm the package.
  • Full payment must be completed before the tour commencement.
  • Travel vouchers and hotel confirmations will be issued only after full payment.

Hotel Policy

  • Standard hotel check-in is 2:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM (subject to hotel policy).
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and additional charges.
  • Hotels are subject to availability. Similar-category hotels will be provided if required.

Transportation

  • Sightseeing and transfers will be provided strictly as per the itinerary.
  • Vehicles are for point-to-point sightseeing only and cannot be used for personal purposes.
  • Hill station sightseeing is subject to local taxi union rules.

Permits & Sightseeing

  • Tsomgo Lake and Baba Mandir visits are subject to weather conditions, road accessibility, and government permits.
  • Nathula Pass is optional, subject to permit availability, weather conditions, and additional charges.
  • No refund will be provided for sightseeing missed due to weather, landslides, government restrictions, or road closures.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the company's cancellation policy.
  • Non-refundable bookings such as hotels, permits, or transport will be charged accordingly.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days.

Changes & Amendments

  • Any modification after booking confirmation may attract additional charges.
  • The Travel Stations reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances while providing suitable alternatives wherever possible.

Guest Responsibility

  • Guests must carry valid government-issued photo ID during the tour.
  • Guests are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the trip.
  • Any damage caused to hotel property or vehicles by guests will be chargeable directly.

Force Majeure

  • The Travel Stations shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, or itinerary changes caused by natural calamities, landslides, strikes, political unrest, flight/train delays, or any circumstances beyond our control.

Important Notes

  • Package rates are subject to availability at the time of booking.
  • The itinerary may change due to weather or operational conditions.
  • Services not mentioned under Package Inclusions will be treated as Package Exclusions.
