Term & Condition
Booking Policy
- A minimum 30% advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
- Remaining payment must be completed before tour commencement.
- All bookings are subject to availability.
Hotel Policy
- Standard hotel check-in time is 02:00 PM.
- Standard hotel check-out time is 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in and late check-out are subject to hotel availability and additional charges.
Transportation
- Private vehicle will be provided strictly as per the itinerary.
- AC will not operate in hill regions as per local government regulations.
- Vehicle usage is point-to-point and not at disposal unless specifically mentioned.
Permits
- Tsomgo Lake permits require valid government-issued photo ID.
- Nathula Pass permits are issued subject to weather conditions, government approval, and permit availability.
Sightseeing
- Sightseeing is subject to weather, road conditions, landslides, and government regulations.
- Some attractions may remain closed on specific weekdays or public holidays.
- Any missed sightseeing due to unforeseen circumstances will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation charges will apply as per hotel, transport, and supplier policies.
- No refund will be provided for unused services, meals, sightseeing, or transportation.
Travel Guidelines
- Carry original government-issued photo identification throughout the tour.
- Carry warm clothing, comfortable walking shoes, rain protection, sunscreen, sunglasses, and personal medicines.
- High-altitude destinations may not be suitable for guests with serious medical conditions.

- The Travel Stations acts as a tour organizer and shall not be responsible for delays or changes caused by weather conditions, landslides, road closures, flight/train cancellations, political disturbances, natural disasters, or any circumstances beyond its control.
