The Travel Stations – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern all bookings made with The Travel Stations (“Company”, “We”, “Us”). By confirming a booking, the client (“Traveller”, “You”) expressly agrees to be legally bound by these terms.
1. Check-In & Check-Out Policy
- Standard hotel check-in and check-out time is generally 12:00 Noon, subject to hotel policies.
- Travellers must verify timings from official hotel sources or vouchers.
- Early check-in / late check-out depends on availability and may incur charges.
- The Travel Stations is not liable if early or late access is denied.
2. Meal Plan Definitions
- EP: Accommodation only
- CP: Accommodation + Breakfast
- MAP: Accommodation + Breakfast + Lunch or Dinner
- AP: Accommodation + Breakfast + Lunch + Dinner
Meals, timings, and menu are at hotel discretion.
3. Meals & Unused Services
- Meals must be used within hotel timings.
- No refund or replacement for unused services.
4. Hotel Extras & Substitutions
- Extra bed means mattress unless specified.
- Personal expenses (heater, minibar, laundry, calls, etc.) payable directly.
- If confirmed hotel is unavailable, similar category hotel will be provided.
- No compensation for substitutions.
5. Vehicle & Transport Policy
- Vehicles operate only as per itinerary unless stated otherwise.
- Domestic timing usually 9 AM – 7 PM. Extra usage chargeable.
- AC may not work in hills due to regulations.
- SIC = shared transport.
- Late reporting may result in missed services without refund.
- International transport is strictly point-to-point.
6. Passport, Visa & Document Responsibility
A. Passport Validity
- Passport must be valid 6 months beyond return date.
- Must contain sufficient blank pages.
B. Visa & Immigration
- Visa decisions are solely by embassy.
- Company does not guarantee approval.
- No refund for rejection or late submission.
The Travel Stations does not verify passport validity. Traveller bears full responsibility. No refund if travel is denied due to invalid documents.
7. Missed Services & Force Majeure
A. Force Majeure
Includes natural disasters, strikes, roadblocks, weather, government orders, or emergencies. Company is not liable for missed services or expenses caused by these events.
B. Late Arrival
Company is not responsible for missed services due to late transport arrivals.
8. General Conditions
- Itinerary may change due to operational reasons.
- Mandatory gala dinners are chargeable.
- Hotels may collect refundable security deposit.
- Images are for reference only.
- Special requests are not guaranteed.
- Written approval required for itinerary changes.
- Late payments may cause cancellation.
- Insurance not included unless specified.
- Company not responsible for loss, illness, accidents, or death.
9. Postponement & Amendments
- Changes after booking may incur charges.
- Postponement subject to supplier policy.
- All rights reserved by The Travel Stations.
10. Payment Policy
A. Domestic Packages
- 100% flight payment at booking
- Land package: 30% booking, 20% within 7 days, 50% during travel
- If travel within 7 days → 100% advance
B. International Packages
- Flight + 30% land payment at booking
- 30% within 7 days
- 40% one month before travel
- If travel within 15 days → full advance
Payment Gateway Charges: Non-refundable and paid by client.
Non-Refundable Services: Many international bookings are non-refundable.
11. Cancellation Policy
- Booking → 45 days: 30% retention
- 45–30 days: 40%
- 30–15 days: 70%
- Less than 15 days: 100%
- Non-payment = auto cancellation
- Airline charges apply as per airline policy
12. No Verbal Commitments
Only written confirmations in quotation, voucher, inclusions, or exclusions are valid. Verbal or WhatsApp commitments are not admissible.
13. GST & Taxation (India)
- Prices subject to GST.
- GST once deposited is non-refundable.
- GST rate changes apply immediately.
- Correct GST details must be provided before invoice.
14. Indian Consumer Law Compliance
- Company acts only as facilitator.
- Liability limited to service fees.
- No claims for indirect or consequential loss.
- Client waives claims beyond booked services.
15. Jurisdiction
All disputes shall fall under courts of Delhi, India only.

By making payment, traveller confirms acceptance of all Terms & Conditions.
